After having the generator replaced on my hybrid F-150 at Ford Stivers, every warning light in the vehicle lit up, a clear sign of a serious issue. When I returned to the shop, I was told the truck suddenly needed updates for every single module and that this would resolve the problem. That explanation is illogical. Software updates don’t just vanish. This points to a hardware or electrical issue, likely tied to the installation of the new generator. The service writer for the mobile service was prompt to return my call and get me an appointment set. DJ was the service tech who came out for the mobile service. Front office folks are very helpful and considerate. An employee of Stivers driving one of their courier trucks had a problem with us waiting to leave as we were crossing over to get into our car and locked down on their horn in a tantrum causing undue alarm on our part. Blamed shake on brand new tires. Fixed a coolant leak on a hose which it didn’t come in for. Day after I got it back took it to another ford and they found thermostat and water pump leaking. Valve cover leaking. Steering shaft and ball joints bad and fixed the issue.

Bad service. They didn't put the filter on my truck when they changed the oil until they saw that the oil was leaking. After that, my truck has been different since that day.Never coming back !!!!

5/5 service! I went to get my oil changed and Eddie Johnson helped me and was so curteous and helpful! He went above and beyond and even made sure my pollen covered car got washed, free of charge! The waiting area was very nice as well. Plenty of snacks to choose from their self serve checkout. Made the hour drive from Rainbow City and will be doing it again!

We have used Ford Pro Elite quite a few times now. They perform quality work in a timely manner helping to minimize our fleet’s down time. Tristan is always a pleasure to work with.

Somewhat upset because I wasn’t told where to go for previously made appointment and went to service area only to be told to go to end of building for quick service.

Was charged 3% to use debit card, Totally absurd for a dealership of this size. After the oil change the guy said “ I didn’t run it through the car wash because I didn’t want to ruin any wax you may have on it”. Keep in mind, my truck was covered in pollen. Just bought this truck and this was my 1st oil change. Not a good look for the quick lane @ Stivers. I’ll be going back to Town & Country for my scheduled maintenance.

Very unprofessional. Sales man called to tell me everyone wanted my truck I was trading in and that I needed to get down there. They posted my truck online before I even purchased their truck. When I went to pick up my truck, they told me it was ready. 6 hours later I was still waiting for it. Within 7 days the passenger door mirror stopped going in and out. Very nice experience in quick service department. Easy appt set up. Waiting room clean and quiet. Service about an hour. Service was comped with ford pass points and also given a $25 rebate.

Keeman was great. He was responsive, communicated well, and was just a great person to deal with. I only exchanged emails with Ali, and agreed upon a price with him, which turned out to be wrong. Then I dealt with Asher, who said they couldn't refund me the $445-ish they had overcharged me on the spot, and I had to wait for a refund check to be mailed to me in 30 days. So, they made the mistake, and I have to wait to get a refund...which I have yet to receive.
