I scheduled this service in Ford Telematics and requested a loaner vehicle for our technician. When he got there nothing was ready and I was told that I need to call in a schedule appointments. I coordinated this appointment to have my technician down with the least amount of down time. Repair left our truck down for a week due to your poor processes. The truck came in for a recall repair. Parts should have been on site already and a ball joint nut does not take a week to replace. This repair cost our company a lot of money and down time. Hope you improve your process for next time

The entire experience was new. I usually buy wheelchair accessible Van's from an authorized dealer and do everything through test drive, order and sign paperwork. The process was long but I and Stivers associates learned some things. Especially, my sales person now knows about how Ford offers employee pricing to certain people. Hope never to need another car but would consider this dealership and already recommended to two friends.
