They are truly family!! Danielle ( service manager) in service is top notch! Story Time I had a horrible experience with Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville, Tn. I took my truck in to be service due to the engine light turning on. After a few days & no update I showed up to the dealership pretty upset. I was able to get my truck on Christmas Eve after Wyatt Johnson Ford (Nashville Tn) put in a new alternator. I drove my 2023 F150 to Birmingham immediately after receiving the truck from Wyatt Johnson. Why!!!! 1 hour into my trip to see my parents my service engine light comes back on - Ridiculous!!!. I should add my parents are in their 80s and I was supposed to be home on February 20th, but I was not able to get my truck nor would they call me back with an update for me to make other arrangements to get home. STIVERS FORD TO SAVE THE DAY!! I took my F150 to Stivers Ford Dec 26. The GM permitted me to take a loaner truck back to Nashville for work. I refused to take my truck back to Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville, Tn for service. Danielle (Stivers Ford in Birmingham) was able to get me a new alternator inserted and the truck driving very well!!
